1. How can I start the interview?

You can start the interview by clicking the start interview button from the interview invitation email sent to you.

2. Which devices can I use to attend the interview?

You must attend the interview from a computer with a camera and microphone. You cannot attend the interview from a mobile device or tablet.

3. What kind of preparations should I do before the interview?

Make sure your internet connection, camera, and microphone are working. We recommend that you be in a quiet, well-lit environment.

4. What should I pay attention to during the interview?

There is a specific thinking and answering time for each question. You can track your remaining time with the timer located at the top left of the screen.

5. Before the interview starts, will I be able to check the internet connection, sound, and camera?

Before the interview begins, you will see a practice question. You can answer this question and then watch your recording to perform the test. If your voice or video is not coming through, you must make sure that you have given the necessary permissions through your browser.

6. How much time will I have to think and answer the questions?

A separate thinking and answering time will be given for each question. You can see and follow the given times from the counter located at the top left.

7. If I can't respond to the question within my response time, what happens?

When the thinking time is over, the response time automatically starts. If you do not respond within the given time, you cannot return to the same question.

8. Can I switch between questions?

No. You cannot switch between questions; you must complete the interview in the specified order.

9. I think I gave a wrong/incomplete answer, can I answer the question again?

No, only one thinking and answering time is given for each question.

10. What will happen if I experience a problem with my internet connection?

If you experience a problem with your internet connection, you will have the opportunity to continue the interview from where it left off two more times. If you leave the interview for a reason other than a connection error, you will not have the right to participate again.

11. I couldn't complete the interview due to an internet connection problem, how can I re-enter the interview?

You can enter by using the link in the invitation email sent to you, and you can continue the interview from the question where you left off.

12. What will happen if I leave the interview halfway through?

Candidates who leave the interview halfway will be considered as not having completed the interview, will not be sent to the employer, and will not be considered for evaluation.

13. How do I know I have completed the interview?

You should not close the page when you see the "your answers are uploading" screen after the questions in the interview are finished. Your interview is considered completed when you receive a successful sccreen in that section.

18. Even though I’m looking directly at the screen, it seems like my eyes are not aligned. Why does this happen, and will it affect my interview?

This is due to the system's mirror effect, which can slightly alter the appearance of your gaze. Rest assured, this will not affect the evaluation of your interview.

19. I’m using Safari, the system logs me out before I can proceed with the online interview. What should I do?
